Upgrades keep traffic on the move Tiffin residents may have noticed changes to the traffic signals around town in the past year.
Susan Kuhn, Public Works superintendent, said Tiffin recently completed the second phase of upgrades to the traffic signal system, which started in 2007.
The phases have included replacing signals, most recently on Shaffer Park Drive and at US 224 and SR 18.
