Manages the care of assigned patients. Serves as Team Leader and possesses the knowledge, skills, and abilities to provide direction for the appropriate care of the patients across the continuum. Understands and effectively reacts to the unique needs of patients of varying ages. Supports the Mission and Core Values of the Sisters of Mercy. Respects and maintains confidentiality.
Qualifications - Minimum
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Must successfully complete an arrhythmia course.
Current RN license issued by the state of Ohio, BCLS (ACLS required in critical areas.)
Skills and Abilities - Delegation skills, ability to communicate with clients of all ages and education levels, basic computer knowledge preferred, positive attitude, flexibility and willingness to adapt to change.
Hours per pay period: 64
Hours: 6:00am to 6:30pm
Position includes evening weekend and holiday and On-call rotations
