The Nursing Assistant while rendering direct patient care services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Uses telephony program effectively, where available to document patient visits. They will also be responsible for monitoring patients and communicating findings.
Performs assigned home visits to assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, etc) under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Uses electronic medical record program to document care provided at the patient visits.

Documentation of successful completion of a Home Health Aide or state established Nurse Assistant program or other certified program and/or successful completion of a pre-hire competency evaluation program Must have completed one year (and/or 1040 hours) of patient/client care experience within the past two years (24 months). Must be CPR certified.
