Assists with the setup of tables and chairs prior to events and tear down after events. Supports the Conference and Event Services Manager with arrangements for events. This is a part-time as needed position.

This position requires the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assists with the setup of table, chairs, podiums, dance floor, bars, and other related items prior to events and tear down after events.
Supports the Conference and Event Services Manager with arrangements for events, prior to and after the event.
Supports the custodial staff by occasionally assisting with custodial duties in the Neeley Center.
Completes other duties as assigned.
Other Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to work very flexible hours. Including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be extremely dependable and self motivated to accomplish the task needed.
Required Education and/or Work Experience:
• High School Diploma preferred;
• Valid Ohio driver’s license with no suspensions (A Motor Vehicle Report will be completed) required.
